Terms and conditions of sale

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the OILHUB.UZ online store and related services. By accessing or purchasing through our platform you agree to be bound by this document.

2. Key definitions

"Customer" refers to an individual or business purchasing goods on the platform.

"Account" means the personal profile created by a customer to access store features such as order history or saved items.

"Products" covers all automotive lubricants, filters, additives, and related accessories listed on the site.

3. Ordering & payment

Prices are listed in Uzbekistani so'm (UZS) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept major bank cards, cash on delivery in select regions, and corporate invoices for approved partners.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if the product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraudulent activity is suspected. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery times vary by region. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional delivery attempts or address changes may incur extra fees.

Pickup is available from our warehouse during working hours. A pickup notification will be sent once the order is ready.

5. Returns & warranty

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Contact support to initiate a return.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty. Manufacturing defects may be covered by the producer's warranty; proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned goods are inspected.

6. Customer responsibilities

Use your account responsibly and keep login credentials confidential.

Ensure the lubricants or accessories you purchase match your vehicle specifications. Consult your service manual or a certified mechanic if in doubt.

Do not misuse the site (e.g., attempt to hack, scrape data, or post unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Personal data & privacy

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including information needed to fulfil orders and provide customer support.

Your data may be shared with trusted delivery or payment partners solely for transaction processing.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@oilhub.uz.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. A revised version will be posted on the website with a new effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
